Hiram is a Men’s Emotional Strength Coach and Men’s Inner Work Specialist, supporting men through purpose alignment and grounded personal growth.

He helps men develop emotional strength, clarity, and self-trust without shame, performance, or spiritual bypassing.

Before stepping fully into men’s healing work, Hiram spent years in corporate America working across operations management, social media management, network systems, and Tier 2 offline analysis. His background trained him to think in systems, solve complex problems under pressure, and remain steady in high-responsibility environments. These skills now form the backbone of his work with men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally reactive.

Hiram understands firsthand how men are often expected to perform, provide, and push forward without being taught how to process stress, regulate emotions, or build an inner foundation that actually sustains them. His work focuses on helping men strengthen their emotional capacity, develop internal leadership, and create alignment between who they are internally and how they show up in their lives.

As a father of two, Hiram is deeply committed to growth, accountability, and legacy. His work is shaped not by perfection, but by lived experience, responsibility, and the ongoing practice of becoming a better man, partner, and parent. He believes emotional strength is not about suppressing feeling, but about learning how to understand, regulate, and lead oneself with integrity.

Hiram is the creator of the H3:33 Framework, a grounded system designed to help men build emotional strength, purpose, and stability through inner work, clarity, and practical integration. His approach is calm, direct, and deeply respectful of the masculine process, meeting men where they are and supporting them in becoming who they are capable of being.
